You can get the family after one re-roll in ante 1. There's also a ouija card in the spectral pack that gives aces, so you can easily play 4/5 of a kind straight away.
DNA is in the first shop of ante 2, and you can get a red seal ace from the second standard pack.
Chicot appears in ante 3 arcana pack. Another soul card in ante 13 and ante 21 (but not sure what's in them).
Invisible joker appears in ante 4 (requires a few re-rolls) and it will give you a 2nd DNA.
