Start run with skipping for small blind arcane pack with a soul card perkeo, on ante 1 encounter telescope, you can play a high card perkeo observatory build with a brainstorm and polychrome blueprint encountered later on. I made it to ante 13 with this build and there may be improvements to be made (i also found 2 black holes and an antimatter voucher)
