I can't add Seed Steps to anything other than the small blind :(
Basically the idea is Skip Small and Big Blind, Buy Family for $0, Hex it, buy buffoon pack - pick up reserved parking for extra $$. Buy Arcana Pack, hit the Judgement for Drivers Liscence. Play Small Blind, pick up misprint to keep you alive while you add buffs and mold the deck. Ante 3 Play the Big Blind, Blueprint will be in the shop :)
