You can get a double ancient joker right off the bat with one in the shop and an ankh right after. Antimatter is on ante 10 or 11 i forget. If you can find a DNA somewhere or use zodiac deck to get more strengths and deaths than you can also use an idol that also appears at some point early on. Probably better just to use business card though because of pareidolia. If you find the right way to make good cards like some glass polychrome which btw there is a polychrome jack in a card pack somewhere you could get really far.
