• Perkeo is inside the very first Skip Tag
• Round 1 has a Uranus, which is perfect dupe fodder to start with.
• Round 2 has a Spectral Pack containing Hex
• By midgame, a number of highly valuable jokers will appear in quick succession, including (but not limited to): Brainstorm, Hanging Chad, Photograph, and Pareidolia. You can even catch one of these with a Negative Tag in Ante 4.
• If you are using the Ghost Deck, an Ankh will appear in the shop no later than Round 3, and a Cryptid will appear in midgame (just after the string of jokers mentioned above). This means you'll be able to dupe massive quantities of any card you like.

The setup is pretty simple:

• Coast on buffed Two Pairs for the early game.
• Save up money and don't buy other jokers until you've used Hex and/or Ankh on Perkeo.
• Once you have Brainstorm and co., you have options open to take the game in all kinds of directions.

Be aware that Observatory arrives quite late in this seed, and can be overwritten by other vouchers (in my experience, buying Director's Cut will cause Observatory to get overwritten by Retcon, oof). You will likely want to begin stockpiling your preferred planet card well in advance of the voucher appearing.
