There's a really early Polychrome red seal 6 here, like ante 2.

Skip the first blind for the coupon. Discard into spades flush for the big blind. I pick up everything in the shop and open both boosters (even steven here is better in my opinion, but it really shouldn't matter). Ante 2, defeat the small blind. In the shop, open the mega booster pack for your red seal 6. Play the game normally, without skipping any blinds, and your foil DNA should appear in the shop. Hanging Chad should have appeared before the DNA, and I like to pick it up for the sake of it. There's a mime and a steel joker here, and you can also find and convert one of the polychrome 6's you've been duplicating into a steel card early enough to easily duplicate it. But I don't remember how to get them, but they're not needed to win.

I don't know what's the ABSOLUTE highest you can go, I haven't figured out how to get an earlier blueprint/brainstorm or trading card(which appears after ante 8). There is an invisible joker somewhere and it does copy the DNA.
