Ghost Deck
Don't skip the first two blinds (the first blind is easy to one-shot if you discard every card other than jacks and 10s and make a full house) and don't worry about buying anything in the first shop. In the second shop, you'll get the Constellation Joker, which you can upgrade with Hex. Then you can find the Castle in a Buffon Pack and a Space Joker in the following shop. At the start of the 3rd Ante you can get a Oujia that will turn your hand into all queens, or you can buy a spectrial pack with a Wraith that will give you a foiled Hit The Road, though I believe this can still happen if you get a Wraith later. After the first Blind of the third Ante, you can get the Astronomer Joker, assuming you have enough money. Later on you can also get a negative Shoot The Moon, which should pair well with Oujia created queens. I'll leave the rest up to you but that set up will give you a solid foundation.
