A maximum of 6 perkeos can be found. Grab the hieroglyph in the 2nd shop of ante 1 then on your next shop there should be an arcana pack with a soul card that gives your first perkeo. In the next shop there should be a spectral pack that contains an ankh to copy the perkeo giving you an ante 1 2 perkeos. A reroll on the first shop of ante 4 gives a brainstom (3 effective perkeos now). And taking the rare joker skip in ante 4 should give you a blueprint (can't confirm if an earlier double tag is neccessary or not). If you pick up telescope in ante 7, ante 12 contains observatory and by this point between the blueprint, brainstorm and 2 perkeos (or one if you needed scoring jokers) you should have plenty of negative planet cards already
