For the 5 card draw challenge, this seed made it incredibly easy. If you grab the smeared joker on one of the first shops (i don´t remember if it was in a buffon pack) you can keep using flushes the entire run. In shops before Ante 4 you can also find the following: pareidolia, Sock and Buskin, Smiley face, Scary face, Bloodstone and a Blueprint. So the challenge is basically won from the start.
