These Jokers mult will increase over time. Never discard and keep skipping booster packs. Play only single pairs. Include any other card that you wish to get rid of and it will be counted in the scoring but will still play as a pair. The second pair (and each one after that) will have a X3 mult. At higher levels, you usually don't need to play more than two pair a round.
