On your first shop you will find BLUEPRINT on first reroll, DNA on the second reroll, MIME on the fourth reroll and a STEEL JACK on the first pack of cards. Also, on the sixth reroll you will find a NEGATIVE SPACE JOKER but it can't be bought on the first round.

On the 2 ante the small blind skip will give you a negative tag, you can also use this skip to make the DNA or the MIME negative, I think it's the most optimal way to start the run. If you do everything correctly on round 2 you will have the following:

BLUEPRINT + DNA + NEGATIVE MIME + NEGATIVE SPACE JOKER and of course, a STEEL JACK ready to be copied.
