Double skip ante 1 for Triboulet. Play through ante 2 and skip for the Mega buffoon pack. It contains an Invisible Joker. Wait 2 rounds for it to activate and sell everything to make it hit Triboulet. Continue playing until you see a mega arcana pack in ante 4. Open it to obtain Chicot, making you immune to the plant. You can find Sock and Buskin as card 44 in the Ante 9 shop, with another one as card 47 if you have showman. There is a polychrome queen you can strength and deja vu in an ante 10 jumbo standard pack. There is a Blueprint in Ante 14. Brainstorm is also really hard to find, but you can potentially get one off of a wraith. Antimatter is obtainable by Ante 15.
