There are three key jokers: Bloodstone, Baron, Idol. There is also a soul card with a perkeo later on, and shortly afterwards, a blueprint. I don't know how far this can go, but it definitely starts with not taking the eternal constellation, and just taking the to-do list, then picking either retriggers or baron, and potentially deciding between bloodstone and idol, though probably both are fine.
